BIMAX question!

Hey guys, Is there a big Difference from a normal functional Bimax class 3 means upper jaw is a bit back and under jaw more forward to a aesthethical Bimax that is done especially for aesthetics? Is there a big difference? And can i tell my Doctor that he can get my face more aesthetic or is it too Autistic ? Please Help every Answer is appreciated thanks guys!

Dont know but probably just say you have trouble breathing instead of just saying its for aesthetics.
