I have an edge to edge leaning towards underbite, photo included, and I don't know what to do I know im recessed and a bimax plus genio is needed just don't really understand where I'm recessed if you guys could point me in the right direction as well as added hardmaxes on top of it

It would be 50k + atleast plus much other work. Say 100k + total, and you will have to go to other surgeons then giant. Its a life long project if you want to be a true htn+
