Who is the most skilled surgeon among these three ? Is there any difference in outcome regarding aesthetics?



Obviously Raffaini is the most expensive, Ramieri the cheapest and Pagnoni offer discounts along implants in the same operation.

I've seen several Raffaini cases that ascended godly , even more including females ascension.



He seems to offer good CCW rotation that improves midface and paranasal area that look natural and good looking.
However he might have cherrypicked and hide his bad results.



Pagnoni I didn't see a lot of his results with bimax alone , and some cases have been underwhelming.
Perhaps someone should send me his good results.



Ramieri seems like the best of the bang option as you could save money to get implants later on with Giant's. ( like i need for my browridge/supra/infra/jaw).

A lot of his good results came from his mini chin wing period and he no longer practise it.

i don't like Alfaro :

- he is overpriced like 34 k €.

- he does lot of Dogmaxxing and forward movement without much CCW impaction, results aren't aesthetics and natural lookin
in the Nose / lefort 1 area.

- poor planning as he likes to does 2 to 3 bimaxes per DAY just to make more money, he doesn't care about custom plates
that much and basicly just apply the same fast method for everyone.

also you will recover in just 1 day because of 10 times less
swelling than classic bimax.

- his before/ after are unimpressive , albeit for the LTN guy with short face syndrome that turned out HTN in the after.

yes Raffaini seems like the best consitency for both female / male aesthetics but he is pricey and refuse to operate ethnics JFL ( i'm white though funny thing to know he is blackpilled and hate brown people like some people on .org ) .

However i didn't see much of Pags' results and the one where pretty underwhelming also not botched, like with no CCW or maxilla downgrafting.

I've been really impressed by some of Ramieri's last results. he seems to get better and better each year , he can do 20mm pogonion advancement now if you ask him specificly to do that.

I don't know if he performs Rhino, i've heard in Italy you can have Mariannetti operating you for rhino the same time as bimax alongside a bimax surgeon but i don't know if its with raffaini, ramieri or pags.

Alfaro does tons of CCW rotation. That's literally his thing, and that's what causes the banana jaw. If you have down grown mandible then it's gonna look banana after surgery unless you get jaw implants. Alfaro has by far the most number of published good results.

I had bimax and infras with pags a little more than 6 weeks ago. Still swollen but I definitely ascended. He did a great job
