Bimax recovery

I had bimax surgery one month ago, most people say, that my side already ascended pretty much but my front is still a bit descended compared to before.
I'm 4.5 weeks Post surgery, so still bloated but not heavily. Do yall think the descend is because of the bloating, or are there other causes of a worse looking front after a bimax?

was an aesthetic bimax, but my maxilla wasn't recessed but my bite was perfect due to carmouflage orthodontics. it cost 25k but i only had to pay the genioplasty so 5k overall.
