I had a free DJS 3 months ago due to sleep apnea. Honestly, I know it doesn't do miracles, but I feel like I was just slightly less advanced than the projections and the ideal. What do y'all think?

Here's the projection, me before, and the results. I'm still a bit assymetrical due to swelling in the last pic

As you can see, I have a very flat face. I'd appreciate any tips regarding zygo, suborbital implants etc.
Also, I wonder if additional implants on the jaw angle would help, or if it would just make my more "square", since my chin is already pretty low now.

Thanks in advance

You went up almost 2 point on the "out of 10" scale.

Infrazygos and buccal fat removal

Your biggest failo is long philtrum due to a short nose as well as narrow lips. This is unfixable.

Hows your smile and palate size?

Thanks mate. 3/10 and proud.

I hope to lose weight this year (I'm 79kg now), but I'll probably need more than that. I used to be 1,75m and 60kg and I was still saggy. I hope some extra bone will help

Not good. I have an diastema which I'm not sure if I close with Invisalign or just put some veneers on it. At this age, I'm not looking forward for braces.

Regarding palate, you can check here, I don't understand much of it, but I think the borrow one is quite narrow

Pretty good results man. How much advancement and do you get clockwise or counterclockwise as well?

I would suggest lose fat and then come back for a more clear answer

Also if you have the cash consider fixing your eye area

Good , next consider submental lipo

Its because the bones were hidden and when they are brought forward the assymetries are more noticeable. The chin is centered with the nasion. But the lower jaw had some assymetries. And to center the upper jaw the septum got deviated slighlty

still doesnt make sense to ignore the asymmetry with virtual planning

I mean the assymetry is because he had bone assymtries in mass of the bone. And with bimax you make the mandible body longer or shorter. And you place the maxilla or bite in the middle of the face. But the mass in diffrent areas is not the same making it seem assymtrical
