Bimax + Rhino or Bimax + Infra/malar

Hey everyone, I’m currently debating my surgery plan in the next coming weeks. I have two options I’m thinking of:
Bimax with rhino
Bimax with infras

I’m a typical birdcell with a prominent nose, also a negative orbital vector. One other thing to take into account is that my surgeon said he would give me more expansion if I was to opt for the implants. I know that some people advocate against doing rhino at the same time as bimax so I’m not sure what’s the best thing to do.
Please let me know what y’all think would be a better option, I appreciate all the advice.

Don't get rhino along with bimax since you don't know how much the nose will be affected by the bimax itself.

Assuming you get a good rhino surgeon would this still apply? I wonder why they’d still offer this if it’s unpredictable. Thanks for the response

I would but I don’t have the funds to constantly go in and out of surgery. Plus Ramieri had some really good infra/malar results lately.
