Im not sure if NHS will just focus purely on function and leave aesthetics out the picture

This might be fully funded for me due to my camoflauge ortho and my recession

wondering if i should Fade this and save up for a surgeon in Barcelona instead with higher focus on Aesthetics

You said you have a camouflaged bite. Get braces now and start saving up. By the time you're decompensated and ready for surgery, you'll have enough saved up.
