It looks like the opposite of an open bite.
Since open bite is corrected with CW, would a CCW rotation fix it ? My ortho is currently trying to open the bite with braces.
However I feel like the teeth on my maxilla already shows normally when I smile. How would it change with CCW ?

Of course I need ccw rotation of maxilla but my problem is more severe- my profile looks like Class 2 and my bite is Class 3. Also high gonial angle and short ramus. My plan is to get MSE+FM just for heath- better airway, space for wisdom teeth and pull whole maxilla that 2-4 mm. Second would be bimax with genioplasty and try to get after modified oblique L3.
Of course if Maxillary compression( by Maxillary compression I mean your whole maxilla would be compress vertically and moved horizontally) would be achievable I would get it at fast as possible but its not possible (yet)

I had the same plan except for ML3. I don't think I'll get MSE + FM since palate is cope and FM tend to be alveolar movement (monkey study is irrelevant i think, but I wait other proofs). It's too much dedication for a slight improvement anyway, think twice cause life's short. I think bimax is enough to improve health if you don't have severe breathing problems.

I do teeth grinding with overbite so that makes total sense.

Maxfac told me he wont perform anything. He said just some teeth need to be slightly moved with braces. Any surgery would leave me with either over or underbite. So I contacted an ortho. Braces soon.

Why? He is right in this case. If he moved anything I'd be left with completely fucked up bite. And bviously moving both maxilla and mandible would do nothing.
