Bimax surgeons USA?

I need to get bimax CCW. I was recommended to go to Dr. Ramieri in Rome. Are there also good options in the United States? I think international travel is banned right now due to coronavirus, not sure how long I would have to wait to be able to go to another country.

Also I may have medical cause to get one not just cosmetic -- what kind of doctor would validate that I would need double jaw surgery for medical purposes, so that insurance might pay some? I think my jaw placement is restricting my airway and causing sleep issues.

get a sleep study done for sleep apnea diagnosis and go from there
