Raffani said I don’t need any surgery as the bone structure is correct. Pagnoni said bimax is an option for aesthetic goals. I will likely consult with Ramieri soon, but what do you guys think? Raffaini may just be refusing my case since I’m not an Italian woman, and Pagnoni is known to have over advanced someone who didn’t even need bimax, so I’m taking both of their words with a grain of salt. I’d appreciate it if someone who understands cephalometric analysis could comment. Please be constructive, I’m not here to larp.

Since your bite is good and your lower lip position is good, you just need some type of vertical genio to increase that very low mentolabial angle (105) (male normal range is 115-145)

something like this

Bimax is to correct a failo not create a hailo.
You’re bite is good and the jaws fit good on eachother.

Man thank god I hoped that’d be the answer. There’s a great surgeon for genio here in Toronto where I live, Dr. Fialkov, and he only charges between 8-11K Canadian dollars

Looks you might have some SFS. But bimax might not be necessary. Vertical genio might be enough

Yeah my LAFH/TAFH is 52% while the ideal is 55%. I’m hoping the vertical genio can fix it but my chin to philtrum ratio and lower third proportions are already ideal, so a downgraded LF1 might be required for best results. My philtrum is about 13 mm, maybe even less. You don’t think there’s recession as well? Because my ramus is long and my gonial angle is in the ideal range so the vertical deficiency may be due to the mandible body not being long enough, perhaps due to its growth being limited by a recessed maxilla.

Hey bro, sorry to bother you again, so I determined that the intersection between the yellow and blue lines is where my mentum would need to be for the lower facial height / total facial height ratio to be ideal. Clearly way too much distance to move the chin alone. I also need the B point advanced to avoid a deep mentolabial fold. The SNB angle is about 79.5 degrees which is below the mean, and the SNA angle is about 82.7 degrees which is above the mean but much less than ideal forward growth for the maxilla. With this in mind, do you still think bimax wouldn’t be necessary?

You are already good and x-ray looks better than majority of people's xrays here. Invest in antiagemaxxing to preserve your looks instead.

You look like a model you fucking moron, And you are trying to get bimax. Holy ass, risk to reward is almost zero. Do genio or something, and get extreme help for you mental body dismorphia
Could just be fishing for validation.

I think he should be looking into rhino rather than anything for lower third.

I already had a botched rhino and an even more botched revision rhino. I don’t think it’d be smart to try a second revision. Not fishing for validation either I have an appointment for a consultation with a craniofacial plastic surgeon coming up and I have $15K budgeted to hopefully ascend to chadlite. We’ll see what he says but I may leave the lower third as is and just get ear pinning so I can appealmax with a taper haircut without looking goofy

Why did both rhinos go wrong?

Why did both rhinos go wrong?
The first one gave me a bulbous tip because I had a sinus infection that prevented the surgeon from taking an ear cartilage graft (?) to reconstruct the tip properly. Then the second surgeon gave me too much nostril show, a hanging columella, asymmetric nostrils, and an undefined nose bridge. Revisions have a higher complication rate due to the presence of scar tissue from the initial surgery so I’m not surprised it went poorly but he still should’ve done better. I’m just glad that people don’t seem to automatically book the fact that I’ve had rhino when they see me irl and it’s still an improvement from the long hooked nose I used to have

Yeah, I thought it was your original nose.

In that case, don’t do anything. There aren’t any surgeries that can improve you tbh.

What are your thoughts on Erkan Soylu btw?

Why not just do all of them to be sure

I’m not familiar with his work tbh
Did you go to US doctors for both of your rhinos? Aren’t they very expensive? Turkroach surgeons are prolly just as good or even better for like 1/3 of the price.

Also, the fact that pagnoni was willing to do bimax on you is somewhat concerning. It has fairly large aesthetic risks in your case unless your movements are very conservative.

The first one was my uncle in Iran lol. The second one was Cory Torgerson in Toronto. Yeah if I could do it again I would’ve gone to Turkey or Italy

Pagnoni is pretty blackpilled to be fair, if there’s any room to move the jaws forward at all he’ll probably do it if you insist. It’s not like I couldn’t use more forward growth but you’re right the risks outweighs the rewards most likely

@NZb6Air what would be the most likely solution for an overbite with slight tooth crowd in the upper jaw portion?

expansion into braces but depends if they're flared out or not or if they're straight but the mandible is too short and shit

Can you be specific with the surgeries? Would you say my rating is subhuman then or just ltn? Also if you could point out the exact flaws that would be great.
