Bimax Versus Implants

Need help from anybody knowledgeable,

IF the mid face advancement of a Lefort 1 would help correct my Undereye/midface recession Significantly compared to Orbital Rim/Tear Trough implants (Yes I’m aware i need jaw angle too that’s already in the plan)

I’ve seen many bimax/trimax results with very disappointing/minimal progress for the insane cost and recovery compared to implants

Bimax and implants will give u completely different results so u cant compair them to eachother. Btw u need both but u need a big setback on ur mandible and maxilla but mainly on the mandible instead of an advancement. So in ur case u need a setback bimax with a midface, saddled infras and jawangel implants to fix ur dogmaxed side profile and ur trash gonions

Wouldnt saddled infras make your Orbitals smaller? Im already slightly recessed I wouldn’t want to look chinese yk I think forward projection is all i’d need versus Veritcal
