Bimax vs Genio (Not covered)

My ortho said I would not be covered for Bimax even though I have what seems to be a Class 2 malloclusion because my molars line up perfectly, and with some braces to lower my incisors I will be perfect, hence basically having a dental Class 1 occlusion, but Skeletally I have a Skeletal Class 2.
Since my teeth, most importantly the molars line up it very much mitigates any effects such as tmj and other things even though my bones are Class 2. So i cannot be covered for bimax.

My 2 options are either to begin paying for braces and start looking into things, to then get bimax+ genio, which would cost around 20k realistically in Serbia with Dr. Stajcic or Turkey/Poland with some cheap surgeon.

Or I can just get the genioplasty first if it offers good results(obviously not as good as bimax+genio, but if its good enough to not be worth the hastle im okay with it.)

Anyway my profiles are below please lmk, cheap surgeon bimax+ genio, or cheap surgeon genio only. Money IS an issue and so is time.
