Bimax vs jaw implants

I’m genuinely curious as to why people prefer bimax and not jaw implants, given that implants often produce better looking results and are less expensive. Can somebody explain me? (Also correct me if I’m wrong)

Getting implants if your base foundation and bite is recessed/messed up is a retarded idea. you get orthognathic work done to fix your foundation, then implants on top of it for mild augmentation. If your mandible is 10mm recessed, and you get a massive chin implant to correct it you'll look retarded. They usually work in tandem.

I didn’t see a lot of results to jaw implants but compared to bimax the results look more significant and for a cheaper price
