BSSO requires itDo it without
Not really, i didnt do it during bssoBSSO requires it
Oh you mean you don’t need to do it during. Not really, i didnt do it during bsso
You can't achieve much rotation or advancement without it though? Not really, i didnt do it during bsso
I did 13 mm bsso which is a decent amount without removing them, but yes you might need to remove them during surgery if the surgeon dont have enough space for the cut. Overall its prob better yo remove them to not risk complications during surgery. But at the same time removing teeth is never ideal as you remove bone with it and even with bone grafts the bone will not fully be replaced and you also want force distributed across the jaw when chewing to stop bone loss with age.You can't achieve much rotation or advancement without it though?
Also isn't it heavily recommended if you've had extractions + orthodontics
In the general case its prob def ideal to remove them esp if you want big movements 15+ and huge rotationYou can't achieve much rotation or advancement without it though?

Impressive movement, does it looks canny?I did 13 mm bsso
In dms maybe, but its not big movements, its like average. I did 5 mm lefort aswell and 5 degree ccw. And also the only rates that matters is from girls or confirmation from other peopleImpressive movement, does it looks canny?
