What do you believe gives the better aesthetic result between marpe first then bimax vs bimax with segmental le fort 1?

Oh yeah ofc if you have a narrow palate it's a big win , i believe marpe would be better than a segmental lefort tbh but i'm no expert in the topic , it's less invasive more natural and costs less plus it may increase bizygomatic width by a little

segmentation can only achieve limited expansion, so it depends on how much you need
