If your nose is the only issue which idk how thats possible if u thought of bimax - then just get a rhino its 1000x cheaper and 1000x shorter recovery time. Pm me pics I can recommend u stuff

recession fucks my nasolabial angle and tip shape because of anterior nasal spine. bimax would be better because it would actually project my nose tip.
