How much do operations such as bimax, where the lower jaw is brought forward, change the face and how does the appearance of the cheeks change?

Depends on your face, eye area and facial harmony honestly, if you are truly recessed, then bimax +ccwr + genio will definitely make an improvement, but might not turn you in to chad/chadlite. still better than nothing ofc. also you might need implants besides bimax since when the jaw is recessed, your maxilla and orbits are more likely rececced and downgrown too, thats why recession can contribute to the appearance of a long face
