Decrease gonial angle? Side wing or Chin Wing osteotomy (not the same procedure).

More forward growth? Bimax coupled with FM+MSE prior to bimax with maximum parameters (basically tell the ortho you want as much forward growth as possible)

bimax doesn't change gonial angle. The cut is made past the gonion. It can affect the mandibular angle however.
