You don't really have significant retrusion of the jaws. What's the point of going through an invasive bimax for marginal return? Just do genio + fillers.

forgot to mention maxilla is recessed and i got significant downward growth

I think the pic has got you fooled. When rotated closer to FHP, he appears to be quite significantly recessed :

To achieve the morph below, the pogonion would have to be advanced by ~15 mm :

A genioplasty alone (7-8 mm forward growth max ?) would probably not generate a desirable result.

We don't know either if he suffers from functional problems (breathing, chewing). Considering that his insurance will cover the cost of surgery, we could assume there is a functional aspect involved.

@Gigakingvictim a front profile pic would help determine what else you could do to improve facial aesthetics. From the side, I guess you could indeed benefit from fillers in the gonion and the cheekbone. In that same logic of achieving more definition & angularity, you could lean out, and perhaps complete the process with the help of fat dissolvers (lipo vela, aqualyx, kybella, etc.), liposuction, or even buccal fat removal. You would also definitely benefit from whichever treatment could get rid of acne scars (microneedling, chemical peeling, CO2 laser, subcision).

Obviously, if he suffers functional problems then it's a different story. Granted, focal length, perspectives etc... can distort things.
Maybe I prejudged but I'd need a lateral ceph to be know for sure.

I'm more skeptical of bimax because we know in the vast majority of cases without serious clincial recession that the side profile marginally improves while the front barely changes. You can see plenty of examples of that on .org where the risk vs reward calculation is clearly not justified.
