bimaxiliary protrusion

How can I fix my bimaxiliary protrusion, like my mouth area is overly forward growth and it make my philtrum and lips protruded and around my lips their is like black lines because of protrusion how tf can I fix this

Is their any surgery to fix this like bimax ? Because I don't want tooth extraction it will make me reccesed
