Bimaxillary Protrusion, braces, and CCW rotation help

How would i go about ascending? Should I go and extract 4 premolars just like in this video to fix my bimaxillary protrusion? This is an xray from 1 year before i started my braces and TMJ journey and so far I still have the same subhuman protrusion. This shit is causing my lower face to be subhuman af and unremovable nasolabial folds. Im concerned about the side effects of extracting pre molars but aside from fixing the bimax protrusion i actually want it to make my face slimmer and smaller since im trying to go for the asian pretty boy look.

Also im not that knowledgeable but based on the xray i need CCW rotation right? How would i achieve this and maybe convince my ortho to get it done. Earlier at the dentist my ortho just went on about some bluepill shit saying i dont need to fix it for solely aesthetic purposes only and that my protrusion was not severe enough to have to be fixed since it was in the "normal" functionality range.

get the 4 premolars removed. might be risky if you dont grow in ur wisdom teeth because ur jaw is beyond subhuman

Ye thats what im worried about the extractions and pulling the teeth back. It might descend me but based on my face rn and the results I see from other people like this guy indian ascension and some other cases. I think it would ascend me instead

Im actually insecure of my mandible rn from being too forward grown/downgrown lmao. Already had the 2 wisdom teeth at the bottom removed a year ago. My jaw is alot sharper now and during the XRAY I had shit posture and huge hyoid skin while having a lopsided face with my right side being way bigger than my left

i have wide lower half face and the wisdom teeth removal actually made me look better since it made it slimmer compared to it being "minecraft blocky" like before. also MSE is the last thing i want since i have a wide palate already and if i get MSE it will make my face wider and nose wider. Is there any other appliances for me except MSE

palatal expander, correctors, etc. you should tell your ortho you want facial aesthetics and dont wanna remove anymore teeth. be honest and straightforward with them so they can give u the best option. like literally tell them you want to expand your face and they will because they like money.

He had a Bimax or something like a chin implant, it also pushed both of his jaw forward, just an idea, maybe you should try to fix the downgrown form, then expand the upper and lower jaw, then fixing teeth with braces..

"First of alk i started with mewing , then i got 4 premolars extracted and put on braces , i slept without a pillow and kept a correct neck posture. Ate food slowly and chewed properly. Whenever i was not doing anything, i laid down on the bed. Stopped gaming and shit. Dropped down a computer course and pursed chemistry so that i dont have to sit in front of computer all day long. Did meckenzie chin tuck and tried to sing whenever i was free , singing actually activates your tounge posture . And use to swallow a lot."


He was just fat and bloated before his glow up which hid his bones pretty sure.

The best solution i can come up for me rn is 4 molar extraction to fix the protrusion then do whatever i can for CCW rotation like hard mewing since I CANNOT get the big boy surgeries (im 18 and in 3rd world country)

Was a chronic mouth breather from a baby.. so I ended up having teeth like these:

Where it’s an overbite with the incisors pointing out further

An overjet
Slightly milder version of this:

The Jew surgeons removed 4 of my premolars when I was 10 jfl
Then they gave me 7 years of braces + elastics

My maxilla is very downgrown as a result, and I’ve got long face syndrome with gummy smile

If I want to do CCW Bimax, the surgeon might want to remove some teeth to make it easy to rotate/advance

1. The Jews did recess you. Braces + elastics are very bad. You’re right about downgrowth. They should be killed and hanged.

2. Getting premolars removed is a sign you didn’t have the genetics for the space to have all your teeth. This is a result of genetic recombination. Most people don’t have the genes for perfect forward growth.

3. It’s your choice completely on getting surgery + extracting wisdoms or other teeth. I just wouldn’t recommend it because you would be left with 24 teeth. If your wisdoms can come in nicely, wageslave for mse and msdo. If not, then go with bimax and lefort 1.
