Bimaxillary Protrusion

Hey bros. Serious stuff would be greatly appreciated if you could help. So I have bimax, basically a serious over bite with a long midface. I’m a chocolate skin dude 6’4 so doesn’t look that bad but I’m not leaving gains on the table. Currently 18 and have braces the orthodontist doesn’t want to extract teeth and believes that I need surgery. What’s your take on this ? How can I improve also any tips on lip seal.
