Sprints

• Be careful when doing sprints because you can easily develop shin splints if you overload yourself with too many sprints and not enough rest. For sufficient growth, you will only need to do 4-6 sprints of 40-60 yards 3 days a week. If you can’t do this cause of weather do the other exercises.

• Afternoons or evenings, about 30 minutes of high impact running on solid concrete or asphalt with ankle weights on.(Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)

-RIGHT AFTER SPRINTING-

Start with 5 or 6kg ankle wights on each leg, gradually increase load as you get stronger,.

When sitting with ankle weights make sure the knees are completely dongle off the edge of the bed or chair so they are completely pulled to ward the earth gravity. Do not touch your feet and sit for 30 minutes in one sitting and allow your legs to stretch down with the pressure of the weights.

Massage the muscle in knee area to help blood circulation and relieve pain. Also avoid pressure on knee immediately after youre done sitting. If it feels painful stop immediately.

Once completed, remove the weights and relax your legs by kicking your legs gently for 5-10 times, and then vigorously for 5-10 times. This will flex your knee cartilate to enable it to grow in length.

• Start with your right leg slightly bent as shown, and with your left leg crossed over the other. Grab the right leg at the back of the thigh and pull toward the chest until the right leg is straight up, but no farther. Hold for five seconds, then return to starting position. Switch legs and repeat. Do ten repetitions with each leg. Discontinue if the exercise causes more pain to your sore knee.

PC Clamps:







Squeeze and release over and over again. Start with sets of 30, and build yourself up to a set of 100 or more. I currently can do a single set of 700+ until I have to stop due to exhaustion. Your PC heals quite fast and you will find yourself waking up with ROCK HARD erections every morning! Make sure you do at least 300 PC Clamps a day for the rest of your life. You will soon find that it's the best move you could make for your sexual health and ability. (Ps: You can also do some sort of mix between clamp and squezze like 5sec on 5sec off. Towel Raises are also a good idea for advanced practicioners.)











Long Slow Squeeze:







Warm up with a set of clamps then flex as hard and as deep as you possibly can. When you cannot squeeze any deeper, hold where you are at for a 20 count. Rest for 30 seconds. Repeat 5 times. After a month or so of exercising, you should be able to do squeeze and hold sessions for at least several minutes at a time. This particular exercise will give you absolute erections of STEEL and ability to last as long as you want in bed. Eventually work your way up to 10 sets of 2 minute long holds with 1min Rest. It may sound like a lot now, but wait until you start to see the benefits! You'll be exploding across the room when you ejaculate! I've been told that it is this very exercise that has made Peter North so popular in the porn business.















[Advanced] PC Blaster:







Sit in a comfortable chair and find a position that you can be comfortable in for 10-20 minutes. Flex your PC and focus on it squeezing, hold for 10 seconds and warm up with a set of 50 PC clamps. While performing these, really breathe in deeply and visualize blood circulation toward your PC as you flex and relax it.







After the 50 clamps are complete, squeeze your PC as tight as you possibly can, not allowing any slack to give. Keep tightening and hold for 20 seconds. Do NOT relax until the 20 seconds are up. Without resting, perform 100 PC clamps, flexing and relaxing at 2-second intervals. Do not give up! Continue to flex and relax your PC as tight as you can until the 100 clamps are completed. Breathe in deeply and slowly, visualizing energy and power radiating from your PC muscle. Visualize it as strong as anyone's could be.







Once this is completed, now the fun starts. Flex your PC as tight as you possibly can until you've reached your absolute maximum ability. Once there, hold as tight as you can without allowing any slack to give. If you feel the urge to let up, squeeze even tighter and visualize your PC tightening tighter and tighter. Hold this for 1 minute without giving up.







Rest for 2 minutes and really focus on the tingly sensation coming from your PC. It should be very tired and extremely worked after this workout, but it's not over yet. Focus on your PC muscle gaining power with every breath you take. Breathe in deeply and visualize.







Now the last part of the workout is here, the concentration clamps. You're going for a set of 50 without stopping. DO NOT STOP until you have finished the 50 clamps, for you will appreciate the workout when you are finished. Before you start the last part of this exercise, there's one catch. These clamps aren't the same old flex and relax exercises, these are different. Each time to flex your PC, hold is as tight as you can for 5 seconds, then slowly release taking another 2 seconds. Each flex and relax should take 7 seconds in all. Remember you are going for a set of 50.







Once this workout is complete you should feel like your PC is on fire, and has been thoroughly worked. This exercise improves all round blood circulation to all parts of your penis, and should feel quite fatigued at the end.







Reverse Kegels:















A reverse kegel is a stretching exercise which is meant to relax the muscles of your pelvic floor and make them more flexible, Just the same as if you were stretching any other skeletal muscle in your body.



As opposed to kegels that strengthen and tone your pelvic floor muscles.



Both exercises are needed to create a balanced pelvic floor, I will talk about this late.







There is general confusion as to how the PC and BC muscles work together. The idea arises from thinking that because Kegels simulate holding back urine, that the Reverse Kegels (forcing urine) somehow affects a "balance". Another thing to consider is that, at certain stages of ejaculation, Kegels can actually force ejaculations out instead of holding them back.



The BC muscles (targeted via RKs) are not antagonistic to the PC muscles (targeted via standard Kegels). The idea behind it attempts to conflate these muscles with something like biceps and triceps- which are antagonistic. Even in that case you don't work the biceps to relax the triceps. When working one, you actually engage the other to some degree as a stabilizer that controls the negative portion of each rep of exercise! This leads to MORE work, not less, and it does little to stretch the muscles themselves.















FRONT AND BACK REVERSE KEGELS







Front Reverse Kegels







Front reverse kegels target and isolate your BC muscle, this is the muscle that wraps around the inner part of the penis and causes involuntary contractions. A front reverse kegel will stretch and loosen the BC muscle from around the inner part of your penis (the bulb) allowing better blood flow in and out of the penis as opposed to a regular kegel with will pump more blood into the penis and trap it there by contracting around the inner part of the penis.



Remember those contractions aren’t a bad thing, they occur for a purpose. That being to expel ejaculate and urine at force out of the urethral canal.



But due to factors like bad marturbation habits and overstimulation to things like hardcore porn as well as other factors can lead to an unbalance pelvic floor. This causes involuntary contractions to happen more frequently than they should, sometimes continuously. Speeding your way to the PONR a lot quicker than you’d like rather than the natural progression to the PONR you would have if you had a balanced pelvic floor.



That's why it's important to isolate the muscles so that you decide when to let those contractions occur making you cum or using a front reverse kegel to stretch and relax your BC muscle pushing back the PONR.







I would recommend to those with premature ejaculation to start by learning to isolate their BC muscle with front reverse kegels.







Back Reverse Kegels







Back reverse kegels target your PC and IC muscles. This exercise is good if the back of your pelvic floor is tense. This area is rarely as out of balance as the front due to the fact that most people who are overtraining do so with the front and therefore don’t need as much attention as the front to begin with.











PISS, FART AND SHITTING







To identify the area you want to stretch: a front reverse kegel feels like you’re taking a piss and a back reverse kegel is like farting or shitting.







-warm-up with infrared lamp (you can use a warm cloth as well wrap it around your penis) around 5 minutes, pulling and stretching



-Hanging (2,5kg weights) while having the infrared lamp pointed at me for 20 minutes, with 10 minutes rest in between each Hanging set 3 times, so it's 3x20minutes/day with 5-10 minutes rest (not for beginners) you could do some manual stretches to start off, you will find them on thundersplace and PEGym.



-3/4 times a week I use a water pump (I use a bathmate hydromax7) go in with a 100% erection and shine the infrared lamp on it (that way the pump stays longer) also as a general rule in PE the more heat you use the better the results. While 100% erect do kegels for 20 minutes pumping as hard as you can take it (not for beginners) you should find out your limit, you will find that even 5 minutes at the beginning will be intense



-Either after Waterpumping or after hanging depending on the day I will use an AllDayStretcher, something like phallosan forte or penimasterpro, one of those with a suction cup because other stretchers restrict blood flow and as such decreases heat and progress 8-12 hours (not for beginners) you should probably start off with something like 4 hours



That's pretty much all I do and it's pretty passive, meaning I can actually get work done at the computer while I increase my dick size, which is also why I dislike jelqing and manual exercises because it is a total waste of time, you use an hour a day (at least) when you are serious about PE and it has no real benefits compared to my methods.

Also, something I recommend is never wearing underwear unless you have to; wear baggy pants to keep your dick from "turtling" (when it retracts inwards), and to keep the blood flow unrestricted.

Kegels are where you squeeze your pelvic floor or relax your pelvic floor (reverse kegels) to get blood in and out of your dick.



When you’re pissing, stopping the flow is holding the kegel muscle, pissing faster is relaxing the floor.

Hanging between cheeks (as light weight as needed to hit maximum flaccid length)



Bundled stretches are where you grab your dick with a reverse o-grip (so your thumb is pointed towards body) you then twist your dick around and turn your wrist so thumb is pointed away from you with ick in hand. This is pretty extreme but it pulls your inner dick out and stretches your outer dick.



A-stretches are when you stretch your dick over your other wrist. So pull your dick outward, get your other wrist under your dick and then pull penis around your other hand. This is how you get rid of or enhance curve of dick too (you go against curve.)

I stretch from say 13cm to 16cm, and when I’ve got there, I’ll hang.

With bathmate, the more the better basically if you do it right. It’s easy to use. Fill it with water in the shower or bath and then stick it on your dick and pump until it’s stuck on your body. Use a sleeve or it will hurt. Make sure you take it off if the pressure gets too much.

recommend making each “rep” of bathmate until you start to get the doughnut effect.

Then exercise it out with slow squash jelqs. Do this as many times as you can as long as your dick isn’t sore and you don’t get blood spots. You can get blisters doing this – don’t because it means you have to rest for weeks until they heal. Better to do less and not fuck up your dick.



Grab the base of your dick with one hand after kegeling. Be semi-erect. Then your dick should feel engorged as you squeeze it. Move it up slightly and it’ll expand the rest of your dick. Take your other hand and gently squeeze the head. Your shaft will get fatter. Hold this for thirty seconds, or manipulate it if you want certain parts of your dick to be more engorged. Relax after thirty seconds. Do as many until your dick is tired.



Cock Ring



Stretch your foreskin, foreskin stretching is proven to work, so if you are circumcised stretch you foreskin so that it regrows and eventually hangs lower than your penis tip like ci-10 in this index

Stretch 1: lat spread

Literally just perform a lat-spread and hold it there as long as possible. My gymcels know what’s up.

Take your thumbs and place them behind you, hooking them underneath the back of your ribcage (more or less).

From this position, move your elbows and shoulders as forwards as possible and hold the position as long as possible.

Unlike the traditional lat spread which bodybuilders use to pose, you do not need to actually flex any muscles here, just perform the stretch.

Sets of 30-60s are appropriate but feel free to do it for longer.



Stretch 2: Shoulder raises

1. While standing or sitting, and with your arms by your side and a straight back, slowly lift your shoulders up toward your ears.

2. Hold here for a few seconds.

3. Slowly lower your shoulders back down.

4. Repeat 5 times.



Stretch 3: ‘Shoulder Dislocations’

Take a broomstick or something similar and hold it in front of you with your arms spaced equally apart.

Move the stick above your head and try to push it as far back behind you without bending your arms.

Breathe during the stretch and almost ‘bounce’ the your arms in that you move them as far back as possible, and then move them slightly forward again before repeating the motion.

Do these for sets of 30-60s

Exercise 1: Reeves Deadlifts (Reeves Shrugs)

It is performed by fitting weight plates to a barbell, standing upright, gripping these weights by the handle and then trying to move your shoulders back as far as possible, retracting your scapula.

Your arms/shoulders should feel slightly uncomfortable with the grip.

Take two cables facing each other and place the grips so that they are shoulder-height. Adjust the weight and then stand evenly between the two cable machines, holding on to both grips as long as possible.



Do these as heavy as possible for sets of 60 seconds.

You can go longer with these without tiring your grip if you use lifting straps.





These can also be done with one cable machine if you cannot find the right setup. (Or if you have an asymmetrical frame, you can prioritise one shoulder over the other by doing one cable at a time).

You should feel this in the shoulder area, if your arms are dead-straight.



Exercise 3: wide grip lat pulldowns

From here you just perform simple lat pulldowns. With your shoulders retracted, pull each grip as close to your body as possible at the same time. Perform sets of 12. Once you can reach 12 reps on a weight, increase the weight.

Using the exact same set-up you used for the wide-grip lat pulldowns, perform dead-hangs where you just let the weights pull you apart, or you just hang from a bar with as wide a grip as you can without it being uncomfortable on the shoulder girdle (that could cause injury).

Perform this exercise as long as possible, this is another scenario where you can use lifting straps as fatigue doesn’t matter for this one, only the amount of force which is being applied to the shoulders.

Lie on your side with your bottom leg straight and your top leg bent and on the floor.

Both hands are placed together in front of your chest.

Keeping the bottom arm on the floor, roll back and have your top arm reach back to touch the floor, opening up your chest.

Start in side-lying with your knees stacked at hip height and arms straight and aligned with your shoulders. Use a pillow underneath your head to prevent neck tension. Slowly move your top arm up overhead, working the fingertips towards the ground (may not be touching). When you get overhead rotate through the shoulder and mid back. Then slowly reverse the movement back overhead to a starting position. Move nice and slow here-stop when you find a particular stretchy spot-take a few nice deep breaths, then keep moving.

With the weight behind your head and your arms stretched out, pull the weight so that it is above your chest/neck area, and then repeat. Keep your arms relatively straight at all times. You will definitely feel this one on your sternum, it should be uncomfortable, bordering on slightly painful but nothing more. Sets of 12 yadayadayada

After 6 months of training, anecdotes are widespread across ages, it is said that the first results can be seen after 2 weeks of adding this into your workout routine. Exercise 4: breathing squats

This is a standard barbell squat where you hold your breath for the majority of the movement, exhaling sharply when you approach full extension of the legs. You will feel high pressure/tension throughout your body. For the first 5 reps, complete the exercise as I have just described. For the 10 reps after that, take 2 deep breaths between each squat. For the last 5 reps, take 4 deep breaths between each squat.



(The guy in the video says 3 breaths between each rep, what he means is 2 breaths between and then hold the third breath during the rep. Same applies when he says 5 breaths between each rep.)











Exercise 4: Stomach vacuums

whilst standing up in front of your bed (or couch, or anything soft to break your fall),

take 5 seconds to exhale all the air from your lungs (exhale even more, there’s more than you think), and then suck in your stomach as far as possible. Hold this position until you feel too light-headed to continue or until your stomach muscles give up. This exercise has the added bonus of shrinking your waist a bit (over time). This should feel a bit weird in the gut area.





Hanging

• Just hang from any bar, each hanging repetition should last between 10 seconds and as long as you can hold for. You can hold longer when you use weightlifting wrist wraps. It is recommended to hang 30 minutes a week. If able to do more, even better. Also for the V- taper you should use a wide grip, it’s also harder.



Kicking

-Lengthens the shin an thigh bone-

• Front Snap Kick: Just extend out your leg and snap out a kick. The kick should be quick and not go any higher than 2 feet(60 cm) off the ground. Should last less than 1 seconds. Do 20 kicks at a time on each leg then switch to the other leg. Rest 30-60 seconds after you’re done with 20 kicks on each leg.

• Straight Leg Kick: Pretend you are kicking or punting a foot ball. Kick as high as possible. Each kick should last about 1.5 seconds. Do 10 kicks at a time on each leg then switch. Rest 45-60 seconds after yo are done with 10 kicks for each leg.

• This is a kicking exercise – you kick as high as possible and then without bringing your leg down, kick as many times in the same spot as possible

• It is advised to try to do at least 100 (high) kicks a day and then add 100 more every 2 weeks, stressing more on extension than speed.

• Kicking with ankle weights: Start with 2.5kg and then kick low toward the earth gravity. Do at least 10 minutes of kicking on each leg at moderate pace, gradually increasing the pace as you get stronger.





Jumping

• Box Jump: First jump onto a bench and jump back off. You can do this with both legs or 1 at a time. Recommended to use two at a time. These are rapid jumps and should last less than 1 second. Do 10 jumps than rest 30 seconds. But in the seconds jump you should jump as high as you can. These are more intense and require more testing. Do a jump then rest 5-15 seconds depending on your fitness level.



Jumping Rope

• This puts a lot of stress on the shins if done correctly. Jump with both of your legs at the same time. Do at most 500 jumps in a session. And rest properly when done.



Deep Breathing

• You will inhale, hold, and exhale the same amount of time. Inhale 5 seconds, hold for another 5 and then exhale for 5 seconds. Do 10 of these each day.

• You will inhale 3 seconds, hold for 12 seconds, and exhale for 6 seconds.



Massage

• Main reflex point to massage is located on the pad of your thumb. Use other thumb to rub the pad in a clockwise motion. Be very firm. Massage each thumb for 2-3 minutes every day.

• Second area should be your whole neck. Use your fingers and rub in a circular motion all over your neck. Do for 5 minutes. Be sure to roll your neck a few times during the exercise. Put a lot of focus on the front of the neck.



















Exercise 5: back-stroke (Swimming)

Perform backstroke for 15-20 minutes, if you need to break that down into smaller sets then that’s fine. Volume matters more than doing it all at once.

Exercise 6: butterfly (swimming)

Perform butterfly for 5-10 minutes. This is a much more demanding, explosive exercise which is why it is shorter in time.

Literally just perform a lat-spread and hold it there as long as possible. My gymcels know what’s up.

Take your thumbs and place them behind you, hooking them underneath the back of your ribcage (more or less).

From this position, move your elbows and shoulders as forwards as possible and hold the position as long as possible.

Unlike the traditional lat spread which bodybuilders use to pose, you do not need to actually flex any muscles here, just perform the stretch.

Sets of 30-60s are appropriate but feel free to do it for longer.



Stretch 2: Shoulder raises

1. While standing or sitting, and with your arms by your side and a straight back, slowly lift your shoulders up toward your ears.

2. Hold here for a few seconds.

3. Slowly lower your shoulders back down.

4. Repeat 5 times.



Stretch 3: ‘Shoulder Dislocations’

Take a broomstick or something similar and hold it in front of you with your arms spaced equally apart.

Move the stick above your head and try to push it as far back behind you without bending your arms.

Breathe during the stretch and almost ‘bounce’ the your arms in that you move them as far back as possible, and then move them slightly forward again before repeating the motion.

Do these for sets of 30-60s

It is performed by fitting weight plates to a barbell, standing upright, gripping these weights by the handle and then trying to move your shoulders back as far as possible, retracting your scapula.

Your arms/shoulders should feel slightly uncomfortable with the grip.

Take two cables facing each other and place the grips so that they are shoulder-height. Adjust the weight and then stand evenly between the two cable machines, holding on to both grips as long as possible.



Do these as heavy as possible for sets of 60 seconds.

You can go longer with these without tiring your grip if you use lifting straps.





These can also be done with one cable machine if you cannot find the right setup. (Or if you have an asymmetrical frame, you can prioritise one shoulder over the other by doing one cable at a time).

You should feel this in the shoulder area, if your arms are dead-straight.



Exercise 3: wide grip lat pulldowns

From here you just perform simple lat pulldowns. With your shoulders retracted, pull each grip as close to your body as possible at the same time. Perform sets of 12. Once you can reach 12 reps on a weight, increase the weight.

Using the exact same set-up you used for the wide-grip lat pulldowns, perform dead-hangs where you just let the weights pull you apart, or you just hang from a bar with as wide a grip as you can without it being uncomfortable on the shoulder girdle (that could cause injury).

Perform this exercise as long as possible, this is another scenario where you can use lifting straps as fatigue doesn’t matter for this one, only the amount of force which is being applied to the shoulders.
