Binge eating after surgery

I have 3 days for recovery and I just at about 1200 cals and it’s only lunchtime

That’s not bad I have a shit appetite and still manage to cram 1300 calories down by lunchtime.

The doctor told me to eat a cup of ice cream 3-4 times a day. Fuck just binging and being a lazy fuck for 3 days. Might fast again after and start losing weight again
