Intermittent fast until the evening, have all your calories for the day within a few hours before bed. Works for me because when I am fasting with black coffee and water I am not thinking about food until at least 3pm. If I eat in the morning, I’m hungry again by noon. Make sure your sleep schedule is in order, if you stay up until 2am every night you will probably end up eating another meal. Always have a relatively healthy meal in your fridge ready for you to microwave so if you do binge, it’s chicken and rice not McDonald’s.
