I've come to the conclusion that after continuous consumption of excessive food in a short period of time for over a decade, I have developed an eating disorder.

For the second half of said decade, i actively tried to go against my desire to fill myself to the brim with eatables and I have failed at every step.

What do I do?

stop eating :feelskek:

True. Only solution without drugs as far as I know. But I'm hoping for different answer. I thought that was obvious from my post.

Without drugs, just give up
I have contemplated this, but I'm too young to give up. Maybe if I was 27 or older i would've given up. I might just wait it out till I can afford drugs.

If you have tried for 5 years and not succeeded you are genetically predetermined to be fat and binge eat, impossible to solve long term without drugs, pin to win

Good answer. But I just want to get in THAT mindset. THAT zone. UNLOCK my inner superpowers (with proven methods such as "NoFap™" or Semon retention). All hope is not lost till I lose myself. I am Adonis.

"Just give up" technically isn't the solution, but your explanation of said notion was pretty good. 2nd best answer.

aslong as you don’t fill yourself with goyslop and work out it’s good and even helpful. i also „struggle“ with the same thing but i just really enjoy eating and it has no negative effects on my body.

I fill myself with anything and everything and I am way above the healthy weight for my height, even considering the fact that I'm still "developing"

If you have a "fat" looking and you're saying all this then you're literally just coping

i used to be fat but then all i did was switch my diet. if you stuff yourself with everything around you then make sure everything around you is healthy. just buy loads of fruit and meat you and if you can get it raw milk. i really enjoy it just as a snack it reminds me of a milkshake

If you’re struggling, drop the ‘no drugs’ bullshit and hop on a glp-1. Positively transformative for your health, looks and mental state as a fatty but you won’t do it. Why? Clearly you don’t care about losing weight.

Same problem as me bro. You just have to go 2 days without eating at night. Basically eat in the day then dont eat anything at night and if you get through 2 nights then itll get easy. I got comfortable eating 1-1.1k calories a day. Lost 4kg in a week. (Not particuarly healthy) Im slim so my skin wont go as loose as an obese person.

I've done this before for a week or so, but I guess I'll try it again
