Call me a pussy all you want but I once successfully cut down to 9% body fat intentionally, I've also lifted weights for a total of 1.5 years on and off in the past few years.
My point that I actually have a place to speak, I'm at a point where I have successfully transitioned from skinny fat/slightly overweight to solidly lean (10-13% body fat) three times in my life now.
But why the fuck is it actually so hard to stop binge eating? Considering the societal pressure to stay lean, I never would have expected myself to actually empathise with fat people.
