Not wrong, living in the moment and not thinking about the long-term is a sign of low intelligence,
and I am not even just talking about the fat part,
but the bloated and disgusting part afterwards which makes the 20 minutes of enjoyment not worth it,
but some just can't make that connection

I binge ate a lot during the last couple of months. I stopped it. Now leanmaxing.

I feel like once you make the connection of how bad being bloated feels, you just don't want to binge anymore
and eat shit food

You just need to find alternative sources of dopamine to food tbh

I'm also tired and suffer from brain fog the next day after eating too much. It's like a hangover.

U need to go to the gym the day after binging tbh. I always pump out new PRs when I am bloatmaxxed.

You guys need to do keto or low carb mixed with IF, shit will reset your tolerance to sugar so much,
you will not have any cravings anymore and won't even need to use willpower

on top of that, you will get bloated so bad if you binge because your body isn't used to so much sugar you will never want to do it again :lul:
