I fought in some amateur kick boxing fights at 138 lbs being 5 7, im not going to fight till next year so i took an off season, i still kept training all my routine but i have regained most of the weight i lost in a matter of 2 weeks, i feel hungry asf all the time, even after eating healthy good i feel the urge to eat till i feel my belly bloated, why i cant stay shredded year round???
How can i stay at my leanest all the time???
Why i start to feel hungry and with anxiety once i get veiny lower abs and shredded abs???
Thats cravings last till i regain my prior weight

I never did a cheat day, i just couldnt manage to keep the diet, It was mentally and physically hard even thought i was motivated by how i look

because some people have lower appetite and faster metabolism
