So i watched all x30001 threads and all i can say is i miss his posts. Too bad we lost another high iq user

Anyway all i saw he was promoting was mostly pqq supplement, berberine, fast and anti aging shit like copper peptides
He was learning fron guys like dr sinclair and siim land

B U T iff these scientists researched all of their lives anti aging supplements and reverse aging shit why tf they still look like shit. I mean there is any real life evidence a guy who followed all of this thing and at 60 years looking like 30 ? Asians dont count cause they have collagen genetics

Should i risk my surgery money for these coplementss ? Do they work ? I didnt saw one guy that followed all of this and looking young at old age (AGAIN ASIANS DONT COUNT)

Because they started too late and accumulated too much genetic damage, bro. Never judge how environment impacts individuals until older age is reached and a consistent 20 year + long streak of impeccable health practices has been accomplished.

Either way, you don't lose anything by being a healthy mofo. You only stand to gain. Idk why you'd try and convince me or anyone else interested in this space otherwise. Imma do what I wanna do.

Being healthy and feeling good internally is the best bang for your buck method of increasing bliss states and feeling good over an extended period of time. It compounds.

Whereas highs like alcohol, weed, other drugs etc all involve a comedown. Sex is great until you can't get sex etc.

Health is a stable consistent factor for an enjoyable existence.
 
Because genetics are still the most important factor. The next important thing is minimizing the bad lifestyle habits like smoking, drinking and eating too much food. Beyond that, supplement are maybe contributing 5%.

I probably just didn't have a good solution or answer for you. Making sure you get all your trace minerals and just doing the right things, consistently; exercising, sleeping, eating, socializing, minimizing stress, being resourceful; will all play into everything improving. Just the way it is. I stopped recommending D3+K2 supplementation etc because people mostly aren't deficient and it's a waste of money and gives a false framework and perception that people genuinely try to work off. There's enough K2, C, D and other mineral/vitamins in kale. Eating healthily should be something everyone's doing all the time, consistently. Once the basic things are covered, and practiced continually, you'll see really big changes. I remember making a comment before about how surgery larp delusionits might not even brush their teeth enough. It's all relative, and just really straight forward and I'm pretty sure most people here can find a system for their lives that encourages continual improvement. A huge blackpill is, "needing to look past any short term gimmicks and just do stuff... getting to they gym, getting good sleep, exercising enough, making sure your mental health is stable etc.... Pretty much, opt to make all the good decisions you can, while opting not to make all the bad decisions. And often times, injecting crazy compounds etc is a very bad decision, which should be avoided.

I said a lot in 2019 and just don't really feel there's more for me to say without losing authenticity and just making thriller posts moreso for sensationalism and fantasy rather than realism.

You should be nailing the basic things so hard and consistently to the point where there's no room for thinking about stuff like "Delta Sleep inducing Peptide" and all these things that sound interesting but just aren't gonna help. It's from the ground up, really. I've hardly talked about NMN, PQQ etc this year because they're still supplements and should be supplemented ontop of a killer routine. I'm not even talking any supps right now because lockdown messed with things; no gym etc. I'm trying to go out for runs though, and it's a big help, physically and mentally.. Getting 1-1.5hrs in the sun too and it does wonders.

Oh and I'm not a millionaire and never was. I definitely made over a million euro before I was 20 but I don't think I ever even had €100k in any account at any time. The bone density thing could only be addressed if you have a mineral deficiency, if so; try supplementing trace minerals. But don't make "bone density" the point of focus. All the boring stuff should be the point of focus and you might even see improvements in bone density, be it placebo or not, after months of general improvement because improving many things and having your shit together really changes how you feel and see things. Even if stuff unrelated to bone density, doesn't do anything to your bone density, it'll surely put your focuses elsewhere and you'll be productive and resourceful. At that point, you'd only consider your "bone density" if it were still really a major issue, which you'll probably find it won't be, so it won't bother you anymore.

There's people who really shouldn't be on here who are coping about saying they're gonna join the navy seals and crap like that which is just extreme exaggeration and saying stuff like that is just a BadCope. But GoodCope's are what keep you well and put you in a better place to improve. It's just straightforward stuff which everyone can see. The real blackpill is just not copping out and wasting your focus and effort. You need to do hard things.

Like when people try to get rid of acne; "I've already tried everything", accutane is the only thing that works... Well there's no "Accutane for your life". You can't just shift through gimmicks and apply minimal effort and then almost give in. You don't need to try EVERYTHING at once either, but you need to see what things make you happy, and have many activities in place. That's primarily the reason why I don't make crazy posts anymore because they were really misguided when interpreted the wrong way. No PQQ for EVERYTHING IN YOUR LIFE. Just like there's no "JOINING the navy seals and JOCKO WILLINK maxxing" after you had a serious incident with your mom.

The really intricate anti-aging stuff shouldn't be discussed because they have a time and a place and are just supplements and NOT fixes. If you're interested in fasting and health related stuff check out Siim Land on YouTube, he has a great channel and a lot of informative videos, which if you're in the position to try fasting or HIIT or whatever, then that's the place to go; but if there's a lot of obstacles in your life at the moment then you shouldn't be looking for a "thing", you should just face up to things and try your hardest to make every correct decision in your life from now on and it will start to improve and then your insights and perceptions will slowly begin to change.

Most research done in the biology of aging or biogerontology is academia position. Pays is mediocre but very long working hours. They are career driven and have to publish multiple studies. There are a few private companies but their pay is similar to a mediocore academia postion.

I don't even think you can work directly in this field in a typical academia position unless you work at a good university.

Anyway the field is sill new so don't expect much. There weren't even any specific research positions in BOA until 2014 or so.

People who work at SENS, Calico, etc. don't get payed as much working at universities that focus on this topic such as Brown, Harvard, Columbia, and MIT. And to work there you must do very good in undergrad, study very hard during PHD, publish a shit ton during postdoc, and then you get some recognition. People who work in this field literally have no lives.

tldr: what you can do about cosmetic aging doesn't matter as much to scientists as the field as a whole, and being in a high stress environment, they may not even care.

Wouldnt be surprised if not even half of the ordered GH was real GH
Before thinking about the effects of GH, the bigger hurdle would be the source and price
But I admit that 2 months were far too short

I have a good source. I didn’t take bloods yet but I’m 90% sure it’s legit. Felt something like growing pains in my wrist and knees first couple days at low dose, strength increased a lot. Recovery from workouts Is much faster.

@x30001/@Seth Walsh paved the way for a lot of looksmaxxing ventures and overall men's self-improvement. But there still a lot of for us to unravel and it's unfortunate @Seth Walsh has now taken a more passive role. I plan to carry on that torch as much as possible (referencing my Collagen thread as an example). We've entered a new era where looksmax.me consists of a lot of the shitposting/trolling that lookism.net followed. But I (and hopefully a couple others) will continue the aspie scientist approach that was the forefront of this forum back in early 2019. Like I've stated, I'm working on a neurotransmaxxing thread that will be released within the following weeks. Hopefully we can begin a new era where looksmax.me is once again a haven of high IQ/high effort information, but I am merely one man albeit a man fighting against myself and my own issues.
