Binged and gained at least 1-1.5kg of fat

I’ve spent the past week binge eating like crazy, to the point where I’m pretty sure I look slightly less defined in the mirror.

I haven’t tried stepping on the scale but based on my calculations, I’ve gained at least 1-1.5kg of fat (this is taking into account unabsorbed calories and other factors).

I was probably around 17-18% body fat before. How much have I descended my face? My motivation to stop is lacking, before I 100% had the ability to get girls.

Don't forget to also take bloating into account. That makes you appear as if you gained a ton of weight instantly.

It’s okay bb, if u don’t eat for 2 days you’ll lose all that weight. What I do is I don’t eat for 2 days and I lose around 6 lbs and then I eat for 2 days and I gain 4 and then I don’t eat for 2 days

Yes, it’s a largely psychological thing.

I subjectively feel as though there is a large difference when I realistically look about the same.

The difficulty is probably related to all of the time I spent restricting how much I was eating (even mildly).

I don’t like being called bb

That would be a really good way to set myself up for more binges

You're also probably holding some extra fluid from all the (likely) high-sodium calories you swallowed, lol lol.

I’ve genuinely found binge eating to be such a difficult habit to break. For some reason, it subjectively feels much harder than most people make it out to be.

I have exactly the same problem, brother.
I hate knowing that I have full control but still find it hard to quit for long periods of time.

Do you ever experience the sense that when you’re in a surplus, you might as well eat even more since you’re already on your way towards gaining weight anyway?
