is there actually better to do bio fillers with your own blood or is it just markerting? im a grey when it comes to fillers sry

bio fillers are mostly marketing cope
PRP/"own blood" stuff helps skin quality a bit, but PRP, PRF aren't fillers in the literal sense.
no added volume, they're growth factors from your own blood that signal collagen production and tissue repair. think skin quality upgrade, not shape change.
slow, subtle and hit or miss
normal fillers are actual physical volume. gel goes in, pushes tissue out, you get projection immediately.
downside is migration, vascular risk
and bad injectors can fuck you up.
upside is it actually changes structure
so biologically
