Can i fraud with fillers?

So I will get genioplasty when I turn 18 but after that I will need to fix my gonial angle so I need to make my ramus more prominent. The best thing you can do for that is implants but they cost like 10k€ + and I am not gonna have the money. Is it a good idea to fraud with fillers until I save up for implants ?

You can get fillers for chin instead of the genioplasty too.
Then do all the surgery in one go.

I will think about it . I was also thinking about trimax but for my case I think its gonna be overkill cuz my maxxila is barely recessed plus the recovery is gonna be brutal
