I have concluded that my sutures are quite near "closing" time, but they are still technically open for maxillary development. It is not too late for me, but I am partially clueless on what I can do, apart from maintaining a generally healthy lifestyle.
I am looking into which biological pathways can alter (positively) the growth of the maxilla, as well as all craniofacial bones, in puberty. I am focusing on maxilla though. I have scoped out that generally, all bones of the face require the same pathways and receptors to be activated and the same ones to be inhibited for accelerated growth, with some notable ones being the Wnt pathway, and FGFR3 inhibition. But then again, I am just clueless on what I can taje or do differently to change such.
ChatGPT and other AI's have told me what pathways are available, but whenever I mention compounds or pharma to boost or inhibit them they say it "biologically cannot work" or stuff along those lines. If any of you can help on what I can take or do, I will appreciate it very much. This is very important to me.
The only things I am AGAINST even if you guys say it is required is taking HGH, IGF-1, and Testosterone or any aggressive androgen like Tren. Apart from that I am kinda open to whatever you guys know, but I will look into it beforehand, of course. I know that kinda limits things, as those three are the big guns i guess, but I just cannot take them specifically; I would only bend my rules for IGF-1, but that would take a lot to change.
Whatever you guys know, will help greatly, thank you
