A lot of it is due to low bone mass, which is from lack of nutrients in the womb and growing up. Lack of fat soluble vitamins, vitamin k2, vitamin d etc. will cause the eyes to lack the "hunter" look. Its why many people with autism have exposed lower eye area. Basically they look like this due to shit nutrition.
