I've read that Biotin might enhance beard growth and might prevent hair loss even though there is little scientific evidence to back this claim up.
I was wondering whether some of you guys have ever tried supplementing with biotin in order to looksmax.
I've bought this product which contains both Biotin (2000% daily value ) and Zinc (100% daily value ) , Amazon product ASIN B07TVPMS2KThe only thing that worries me is the insane amount of Biotin that might have some side effects

I think the most common is skin rashes , then there are some severe side effects that are very uncommon ( at least i hope)

Maybe that's true , i'm not a scientist nor a doctor so that's why i'm lloking for some anecdotal and scientific evidence .

i spam pumpkin seed oil, taurine, green tea extract and biotin and it has some effect. everyone is different however and you need like a 3 month trial minimum to see what's going on. more like 6 months if i'm being honest.

i've also changed my mind a bit about fasting and body weight. i think fasting all the time like eating one meal per day to ensure you're lean might hurt hair. maybe not as much as being a fat fuck who eats all day and drowns in insulin but still. things look and feel a lot better when I have a small amount of chub, and only sometimes do the fasting and not every day.

well something's kept me from balding until now, despite a diagnosis of androgenic alopecia when i was like 12
it's been nearly 20 years and i still have all my crown and most of my hairline
i could agree that maybe it's just diet and my recent gains only come from having more homecooked meals and not doing fasting as often since i'm home all the time, but I added the biotin and other stuff at the same time.

How much biotin do you take and do you experience any side effect such as skin rashes?

100mcg every one to two days

i only saw something on my hands and i think it's from excessive hand washing with soap

its pretty much cope. If you want to know about real hair loss prevention and beard growth, check out more plates more dates on youtube. He has extensive knowledge on the subject. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCoR7CHkMETs3ByOv74OAbFw
If you're not willing to take drugs, then the best bet is dermarolling and then applying castor oil.

Yeah I do have a decent diet so probably taking supplements is just cope

Its good but not effective enough

All this shit is in a common multi vitamin
