Does anyone have experience with biotin, specifically how and if it works well? Are there any precautions to take when using it?

Works well for hair and nail growth/health but don’t expect anything crazy. For growth speed there are little to no increase, but biotin will help strengthen and reduce breakage. And I’m not sure there are any side effects unless ur taking excessive doses.
