Bipolar neighbour is infront of my door

We have this women living in our block that is bipolar and relapses a lot, she just came back from the psychiatry. I went outside to check the mail and we lock eyes for a second, she screams at me and asks why I called her a whore, I just ignored her and went back inside.

Now she's infront of my door ringing the doorbell like crazy
