Birds of a Feather: Good-looking people tend to seek out equally beautiful people in social situations

Pretty guys are the most bluepilled

Absolutely, think of your own childhood, HS and college experience? What did you see? What was the trend, not the exception?
The good looking kids played with the other good looking kids and dictated what happened in class. The teachers liked them the most and got preferential treatment.

The average kids all followed the good looking the kids, but were mostly friends with the other average kids. The teachers were neutral.
The ugly kids were all cast-outs and generally bullied or ignored. Teachers either pitied them or disliked them.

Well, why do you think this happened? Even without society telling what you should do, you as a child fitted the mold that was created for you.
Your wiring realized that following those of strong genetic stock will result in better success (Become friends with the popular kids -> become popular yourself) and casting and bullying those beneath you gave you confidence and raised your own status.

This happened since the dawn of man and wil continue to happen.
