i personally think it will wick up above 100k then consolidate below it for some time. just because psychological level yet there are many shorts so try selling above 100k then enter lower ( high risk move but imo should play out)

I'm using the pie cycle top indicator this cycle. (But I'm not using the exact top, I will sell before it fires off).

Last cycle after researching a bunch of indicators, I used the reserve risk indicator which tracks whale sentiment based on their on chain behavior. You think it would make sense, but most whales missed the cycle top last time, because they likely over focused on models that couldn't account for never before situations such as Sam Bankman fried collapse.

Pie cycle top was the only indicator, basically that fired off for the last cycle.

I also will never use any new indicators that came out after past cycles. Because it's easy to backfit any narrative (algorithm) to existing data. It's much harder to predict the future.

(And also I don't own bitcoin)

And another thing, the more variables an indicator has the higher chance of over fitting, and lower chance it's correct. Simplicity is your friend.

Going by gut feelings about resistance levels can be problematic, for sure, though I could see it hitting a top at 100K before coming back down. There's a reasonable case to say Bitcoin has been in a state of diminishing returns, and is unlikely to pop out of that state this cycle (The tech just isn't there yet in crypto including all smart contracts chains, transactions are still too expensive, lightning network doesn't' always work).
