Bite Blockers for CCW

I have a lot of downward growth, so i want to know if Bite Blockers or other Orthodentical devices are good/even working. Or are they maybe the same as "Perfect Posture" and Mewing the whole day?

if u have an overbite and if u do the jutt position with theet and u have space between them it can help cos your upper teeth will go down to close the space in between your teeth then the mandible naturally rotates upward and forward (counter-clockwise rotation) to
match the upper teeth position. if u have recesion the posture wont work lool

yeah, I was super downgrown, I feel like my mandible has 100% moves forward my gonial angle is now in ideal range. It depends on the type of malloclusion tho, I had a deepbite so my mandible was advanced via the bite blockers and im currently using elastics
