For at least three or four generations, certain members of my family tree have suffered from a condition known as 'clinical lycanthropy.' My father used to tell me that during full moon nights, his cousin would get up in his sleep, take off his clothes, and start screaming and howling in the forest right below his house (they lived in the countryside). The next day, they would find him sleeping in the middle of the meadow. Besides him, my grandfather's father used to do something very similar. As for me, when I was a child, in the days leading up to the full moon, I would get out of bed while asleep and just stand there, or sit straight up on the bed until morning. This behavior completely vanished by the age of 9.
