Actual Arabs are pretty mixed to be honest. There is no such thing as a pure Arab. Saudis have a lot of Lebanese and African mixture for example. Yemenis have Somali mixture.

PCA aren't accurate the purpose of them is to reduce complexity of genetic variation without losing to much information distances are enlarged or shortened based on the samples used and the codes used I am very skeptical of using PCA'S also this seems super inaccurate.

Look at the native Americans it's clustered west Asia but we know that can't be true because there about 25 to 40 percent ANE which is much higher in south Asia so this clustering makes no sense.

Best way to visualize distance would probably be migration charts or FST.

TBF Somalis and amharas and tigray are mixed so they could be Egyptian Race is a gradient and it forms a continuum discreet clusters like this isn't accurate and actually is explained away by sampling differences sampling only a few groups oviously will increase the distance however populations within the same geographic region can be more European shifted or ones own ethnicity shifted based purely on geographic proximity.
