I drink coffee because of its taste. Leanmaxing benefits are nice too

If you are skinny and don’t care about muscle then I agree with that. If you are gymcel I’d advice against that. I’d say just fast and eat chicken and beef if you want to keep your muscle mass while leanmaxxing

You can just eat 2 large meals in the day, one before taking ritalin and the second one after it wears of in the afternoon

Ritalin lasts like 6 hours in total, but only like 2.5 hours of the peak, its kinda shit compared to amphetamine based adhd meds
