When I was at my University I tried asking about black frats and they don't even have their own houses to party at like the white frats. Black parties suck in general because someone ends up shooting up the nightclub and people get injured/killed.

It's just that the white frats have nepotism and family members and shit passing down money I think to their sons that are in the frats to keep the money and housing funneling.
