Why not just shoot himself?

Maybe he was wanting to go out and or was too high inhib. The body doesn't want you to kill yourself. So perhaps he was trying to find a way go get himself killed so he wouldn't have to fight his mental inhibition.

The are examples of police brutality but also videos like the OP where the perpetrator fires first. Its a sad reality of policing.

I've also seen Chuds here sometimes make the argument that more whites per capita die from police violence than blacks but I can't back this up with govt statistics so I doubt this is true. Can you add to this?

I think that's true but in general policing in USA is retarded, I don't want to make it about police on black/minorities violence
But police in general are retards, imagine giving a few weeks of training to go in the streets with a gun and police the city where there's many retards, you're bound to shoot and kill anything if you're scared and in many cases fuck up shit and kill innocent people
