Black heads or Sebaceous filaments ?

Which one do I have , and if so what a fix or a coverup. Tried clay mask , Charcoal mask.

a trick i like to use to tell which it is is checking the thickness, if its a thick pour its a black head. You have tiny dots so its seaceous filaments
