Black heads/puffy nose

I need help, I have a ton of blackheads on my nose and it’s really puffy during the day and sometimes won’t go away for days on end, are they’re any fixable methods I can do? Or something I can buy?

Bad lighting but when shown in light the blackheads are very apparent
