conservatives are known to run their cities in more proficient ways, most conservative run states are fairly low in crime compared to states run by shit Democrats such as New York or California. The problem comes from lack of quality education, if you live in a poor area the schools will be underfunded since theyre funded by property tax, also their careless culture isnt helping any.

Rudy Giuliani lowered the black on black crime so much in NY as Mayor, yet they voted him out back for democrats again. They dont seem to have the ability to understand what works and what doesn't, they get influenced by Democratic emotional politics too much, as a collective.

tbh most crime problems would be solved with a strong government with a large police force, you guys may not like communism but its a fact that communist governments were very succesful at containing crime rates and drugs, Cuba is located on Central America which is one of the most dangerous places of the world but still has a low crime rate and no organized crime due to a strong government and large police force, while all the other countries around are doomed by rampant crime and insane drug trafficking

There's definitely overlap of the races with high and low IQ people. Thomas Sowell, Patrice O'Neal, Malcolm X and plenty of other blacks have shown themselves to be highly intelligent. That doesn't disprove the overall pattern though, which shows the general black IQ is lower than other races.

Partially true. I’m pretty sure Detroit, Michigan has one of the highest funds per pupil and still has abysmal test scores. I think culture is a big player in this problem.
