I definitely wouldn’t say she’s completely “boneless” since I took a look at her account, she just has wider set zygos. I think a palate expander would do her well and push her bones out more. Her skull shape on the other hand isn’t the worst but her chin definitely needs some work/projection to put it all together and balance facial thirds. Asymmetry is probably why her skull shape looks a bit “odd” but if she tried I’m sure she could partially fix it
